A-Vision Community Health Services (AVCHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting seniors by providing accessible health support, wellness education, and meaniful connections.

Francine Hardy is the Founder and Director of A-Vision Community Health Services, where she leads a mission-driven team dedicated to improving wellness and safety outcomes for seniors through trusted, community-based care. Her leadership style reflects deep empathy paired with accountability.

A certified Community Health Worker (CHW), Francine brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, risk management, and community outreach. This experience gives her a unique lens on how systems, funding, and compassion intersect to create lasting change. Her work bridges the worlds of public health and community trust which ensures that every program delivered by AVCHS honors both the story and the statistics.
