A-Vision Community Health Services (AVCHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting seniors by providing accessible health support, wellness education, and meaniful connections.

Founded by a passionate Community Health Worker, A-Vision was born from witnessing seniors in our community go without the care and connection they deserve. What began as a response to a need has grown into a trusted source of support, advocacy and empowerment.
